Artisan Lifestyle, LLC ("Artisan Lifestyle"), sponsor of Arts & Crafts-Lifestyle.com ("Arts & Crafts-Lifestyle"), authorizes you to view and use the features in this Site only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials and on any copies of the materials. You may not modify the materials at this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
5. Limited License; Permitted Uses.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out or distribute information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other applicable policies. No print-out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

You agree that your reliance on the materials, downloads or information provided on this Site is not based on any representation of Artisan Lifestyle to its accurateness, compliance with the law or promise by Artisan Lifestyle as to its authenticity. You agree to release and waive any and all claims against Artisan Lifestyle for any loss or damages, including attorney fees and costs, related to the materials or information provided by Artisan Lifestyle to you. You acknowledge that you have been advised to seek independent legal advice in regard to this Agreement.
8. Nontransferable.
Your right to use the Site is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.
9. Disclaimers.

THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES AT THIS SITE MAY BE OUT OF DATE, AND ARTISAN LIFESTYLE MAKES NO COMMITMENT TO UPDATE THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES AT THIS SITE.
10. Limitation of Liability.
(a) We and any Affiliated Party shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from (a) any errors in or omissions from the Site or any services or products obtainable therefrom, (b) the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof, (c) your use of the Site, (d) the content contained on the Site, (e) reliance on any information or material obtained from the Site, or (f) any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of a Covered Party.
(b) THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF US AND THE AFFILIATED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE AND/OR THE PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN OR HEREBY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 AND THAT AMOUNT SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US AND ANY AFFILIATED PARTY.

13. Linking to the Site.
You agree not to link to the ArtsandCrafts-Lifestyle.com website without express written permission, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and the following:
- With written permission you may link to, but not replicate, Arts & Crafts-Lifestyle content.

Our Privacy Policy is a part of this Agreement. As it may change from time to time, you must review the "Privacy & Security Policy" posted elsewhere in this Site.
15. Credit.
Credit is offered as a service to our customers through a secure relationship with PayPal. As such, PayPal is responsible for granting and managing the credit relationship with our customers, and Artisan Lifestyle, LLC is held free of all liability related to the granting or refusal to grant credit to Site customers.
16. Posted Reviews.
Artisan Lifestyle, LLC reserves the right to remove or edit reviews posted to the Site for any reason and at any time. Our objective, however, is to encourage objective public appraisals of our suppliers and their products. While not limited to the following, we will edit or remove reviews on the basis of:
- Inaccurate or unfair comments.
- Use of inappropriate language or references.
- Negative commentary on quality or services when proper steps to remedy a complaint have not been taken.
- Exceptionally long reviews without appropriate content justifying the length.
- Use of the review to promote personal products or services.
- Sponsorship or other input from suppliers or their competitors.
- Use of the review as an opportunity to put forth personal philosophies or unfounded opinions.
- Age of the review when no longer representative of the current offering or situation.
17. General.
Artisan Lifestyle administers this Site from its offices in San Ramon, California. Artisan Lifestyle makes no representation that materials or services at this Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use or export or re-export the materials or services at this Site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, U.S. export laws and regulations. If you choose to access this Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that jurisdiction for all purposes is limited to the courts in Contra Costa County, California, USA.
